Description: Zim 2602 Vintage Mechanical Wristwatch USSR Serviced Watch The watch was produced at the Factory, which was founded in 1906 by order of Emperor Nicholas II. In 1923, under the USSR, the factory was renamed the Maslennikov Plant. During the Second World War, the Maslennikov plant mastered the production of shells for the famous Katyushas, as well as ammunition for all branches of the military. In addition to military products, the plant began producing civilian goods. In 1937, the company mastered watch production, which subsequently produced up to 2.5 million wristwatches a year, including those under its own ZiM (Zavod imeni Maslennikova) brand. The watch is serviced by professional watchmaker. The service included complete disassembly, cleaning and subsequent lubrication of the mechanism. Keeps good time and runs well.
