Description: WW1/WW2 Army Cavalry Rifle Boot - German Wehrmacht k98? Honestly we are not sure. We have scoured the internet and cannot find one the same. The slit fitting at the top matches a German cavalry pack hook and strap and we were told by the previous owner he beleived it was imperial German design. Regardless, it is a very cool display piece and could be ideal for adapting to fit a Jeep or other cavalry gear.If you have any information regarding this item please feel free to get in touch! It looks too new to be original WW1 so we are selling it as a reproduction... but it is clearly not brand new and it does have usage wear and tear - so it is ideal if you want one to look correct in a display or for reenactment.
