All CDs that have cracked or broken jewel cases will be advertised as such. Please do not make a big deal out of it, because it's not. Replacement jewel cases cost between 25-50 cents. This is just a possible outcome, so it's a possibility, if this is a problem, please do not buy here. Item Description Internal note: file under "W" (Internal note: file under "S") We do not grade jewel cases, if there's a crack in case-we'll describe it as such but other than that we'll grade everything else but the plastic jewel cases. In fact, you may receive your items in brand new jewel cases which of course are not the original ones. If this is of importance to you, to avoid being "excluded" from future purchases-please ask before purchasing. Original CD. There are very few tiny and very light marks to CD that in no way affect the playback. This is by no means/standards a beat up disk. This CD rips and plays flawlessly. We test (rip and play) every used CD before putting it up for sale so that we can firmly stand behind the product we offer. Varese label. Made in USA.
