The original stamp on the bottom is worn and hard to read. Someone has written "1904 Will-Ella" on the bottom along with 1969, 1968. Perhaps commemorating grandparents? In very good vintage condition. Looks like some slight chipping at base, but has been glazed over, so probably happened at time of manufacturing. Some crazing.
