Description: I believe this is some type of jewelry or ring or ash tray ashtray. It was an advertising piece for Bain's coat / dress shop Las Svegas in LA. Based on the artwork I would put it some time in the fifties or sixties. This is a very unique piece. This is aged so there are some blemishes. The vinyl base appears to have shrunk and is loose in some spots. See photos. k24
