Elastic waist. 13" slit both sides for ease of movement. Whimsigoth, Dark Fairy, Y2K, Phoebe, Cottagecore, Bohemian, Boho, Festival, Coastal Grandma, Hippie, Goth, Grunge Made in Indonesia of 100% polyester. Machine washable. The label says a size Large. See measurements for more information. Measurements are usually taken while garment is laid flat on surface.............then measurements are doubled for chest, waist and hips. That is the GARMENT measurement...not your measurement. Waist - stretches 32" - 40" Length from waist to hem 36" Hips 46" ~Excellent Vintage Condition~ No issues.
