Some minor flaws from age and use such as - balloon strings are no longer attached to vendor's hand, that peice is missing.(see picture of vendors hand showing small hole that would have held peg for balloon strings to attach to). - dog is cracking at base. Item is made from plastic which gets dry and brittle with age. Item is still intact and well attached to base even with the cracking.
