Description: This listing is for a vintage True Temper Dynamic Claw Hammer that is approximately 13 inches overall length and weighs in at 23.7 oz total. This vintage claw hammer was a pawn shop find that was in need of a second chance in life. The head is marked True Temper Dynamic No. D16 (see pictures) and took a trip on the wire wheel. The handle had a small horizontal surface crack that was not lifting away (see pictures). During the restoration that spot was wood glued and the entire handle was sanded. New stain and boiled linseed oil was applied while trying to preserve what looks to be the original handle. The head is still tight on the handle with flush mounted steel and wood wedges. There is great patina on the head and it has minimal strikes or marring on the face with the claws looking almost new (see pictures). Would make a great addition to any tool collector's wall. Or implement it into your tool box, it was made to last. Please refer to pictures for measurements and to judge conditions for yourself.
