Description: This lovely lady was always on my grandma’s dresser. Every time we came over, as I looked over my grandma’s jewelry, pictures, and rosaries laid across her dresser, I had to always feel the fuzzy scarf this lady had on….. Her beautifully painted face almost resembles Liza Minnelli in a way….. **There is a small chip on the top edge of the dish, that is ultimately covered by the lady.
