Signed by the artist. Medium - large enough to be a visible accent in your home. Measures approximately 9.5 inches (24.5 cm) in height and weighs approximately 0.7 lbs (330 g). The head diameter is approximately 2.9 inches (7.2 cm) and foot diameter is 2.3 inches (6.0 cm). The wood is very well preserved (there are no cracks or splits); however, this is a vintage figurine and there is ageing/wear in the lacquer finish - please review the images. For shipping outside of US, please inquire. Dento, or "traditional", kokeshi have been produced mostly in the Tohoku district in northeastern Honshu, Japan.
