Refunds for shipping charges are given for over estimates. I pack carefully which means your item should arrive safely unless mishandled during shipping. IMPORTANT: If you have a problem with shipping (lost/damaged item) DO NOT file a complaint with Ebay. This is a shipping issue and an insurance claim needs to be filed. If the box is damaged when your package arrives please take a picture showing the damaged area on the box. As stated in our EBAY policy we do accept returns. We accept returns with no questions asked BUT you must inform us that you are returning the item ( you don't have to have a "reason") and you must send us the tracking number as soon as you ship the item. The item needs to be returned well packed and by the same method it was shipped including insurance if applicable. Once we receive the item back we will inspect it and refund the purchase price if it is in it's original, as sent condition (minus a 10% restocking fee). We do not refund shipping costs.
