Description: This item is tested and works fine and heats up very quickly. The underside did have a good bit of baked on food that had boiled over throughout the years and had a little on the lid by the vent. I used EasyOff spray and got most of it. However, the spray does discolor the aluminum which is easy to see on the lid. It doesn’t impact the integrity of the metal. Once it is used a few times the color will likely return. Chord is in good condition
