Twenty of them still have both the card and the envelope. And one additional page has the card only. The cards have sample names printed in them. The folder is oversized, measuring 11-1/4" by 13-1/8" plus an additional 1-3/4" in width for the white binding portion. Most of the pages are intact. One that is missing the card and envelope is torn and worn, and one with a card and envelope has a small chip. There is no writing in the book. The red front and back covers have wear including staining and faded lettering. Some of the pages have staining, particularly near the white coil near the bottom of the page. Please see photos.
