Description: This item is being sold for the employee holiday fund at the continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Maine where I live with my husband. All items are donated by the residents of the community and the net proceeds of all sales go to the fund that is distributed annually to the wonderful staff who help the many elderly residents here. I will give all the information I can about each item, but I am not the original owner. I have here an incredible Vintage Pear Wood HOPF Kanzler Barock Nr. 502 e Alto Recorder 19” with Case & Books+. You must see the pics so you know what you are getting (and because I know NOTHING about recorders). The beautiful wood is quite worn at the mouth piece. It is 19” long and breaks into 3 pieces. It is in what I assume is its original case – dark brown and lime green felt lined – that measures 12.25” x 4.25 x 2 1/8”. Also included in the case is a cleaner. The woman who donated this recorder also donated a Soprano Hopf recorder. Included was the original Hopf pamphlet, in that pamphlet two Kanzler recorder were marked so I assume those are the two she had. That is how I am asserting this is the Kanzler Barock Nr. 502 e – Alt F, mit f-Hilfsklappe und g-gis Doppellocj. I am including the original pamphlet with the OTHER recorder but I will include a copy of the Kanzler page with this item. As a bonus, you will also receive two recorder music books that came from the original owner (see the pics – I won’t attempt to try to write the names) PLUS a Table of Fingering for the Recorder. The front cover of the Giesbert book have detached (but are included). Be sure to see all the pics to what is included her!! As you can now see, this is a special item.
