Pakula pins were made in the 60s and 70s, and if you're familiar with Hollycraft, you can see the similarities. Set with sparkling multicolored stones set in double rope loops. Between the three's tiers are smaller colored stones set among the branches. It has a star tree topper with aurora borealis rhinestone at the center.
