Black wood frame does show signs of wear. On the bottom left corner of the frame there are a few dents (shown in picture #9). There is also some signs of wear along the bottom outer edge of the frame (shown in pictures 21-22), and on the top 2 corners on the outer edge (shown in pictures 19-20). Frame measures 26.5" long X 17.25" wide. There is a wire on the bag ready to hang. Please see all photos and read full description prior to purchase.
