Description: Excellent condition, I don't think I ever wore this, vintage mid 2000's unbranded navy blue stretchy, tunic or mini dress with side ruching and keyhole neckline in back. Marked Medium, but could fit some Smalls. Attached at back neckline to create a keyhole and drape but this could be clipped if desired. Surplice front neckline. Length is shorter in front. Could be worn as a top or a mini dress. Soft, medium weight material that offers good coverage. Very flattering fit when worn. Freshly laundered. See actual measurements below. Measures 18 1/2" across bust unstretched,15 1/2" across waist, 33" length in front, 39" at longest point in back. No material tag, but is probably a polyester/spandex blend.
