The Go-Cart is Complete and can be built 100%, The only thing missing is the #9 Decal. It was never put on the white pieces and is not included. Other than that it's all there, approximately 220 pieces in total. The box has wear, aging, marks and spots, also some pieces have some wear, marks, and light discoloration, but only a few, overall it's in excellent condition.
