It has been cleaned but you may find areas of stray dirt. It is a used vacuum cleaner and not refurbished. There is an area near the cord wrap mount where the bag has rubbed away at the top layer. The bottom layer does remain. This is not the original bag but functions the same. Extra bags and belts will be included (not pictured.) Takes Hoover Type A bags. Please see all photos!
