Vintage Heat Motion Sign Rheingold Extra Dry Lager Beer Sign Light up

Description: This is a sign I’ve had in my warehouse forever. It has lots of issues as shown. It’s an all metal base with two inserts on top. The inside spinning piece has been repaired with a glue gun along the top. I plugged it in and waited about five minutes and it did not start moving on its own. The inside is made to spin around and then that projects, a phrase around the outside piece of plastic. I tried to show this in the photos. There are some cracks in the plastic as shown and I’m selling it as is. I’m assuming this probably had some sort of piece on the top as well, but I don’t know for sure. Q9
