Description: This item is a vintage 1986 GI Joe Cobra Techno Viper mint on card figure. The card is a 34 Back offerless with gray file card. The card is in good overall condition showing light shelf/storage wear, less than what is typical for its age. The surface is super clean and colors are still bright and sharp. I see a light crease in the upper right corner of card front, and about midway on left side there is a piece of scotch tape that wraps around to the back. I tried to capture this in pics. It lies mostly flat with a slight wave from left to right. The figure bubble is clear and dent/crack free. The accessory bubble is clear and free of cracks.but does have a dent on the left side. I tried to capture this in closeup pic also. It is sealed firmly to the card on all sides. Figure has in tact O-ring and appears to be in excellent condition. Overall makes for a nice display piece and potential grading candidate for a super cool figure. USA shipping will be 15$ I only sell internationally through the global shipping
