Description: Vintage 1930s dress, has a National Recovery Act label dating 1933-35. Black crepe print, 1 belt loop, no belt. Red decorative buttons, dress snaps up the front. 3/4 semi bat wing sleeves. About an inch shorter in front, and the general vibe (to me) is that there has been some reworking but not sure exactly what, or if that's just how it was made. Doesn't effect fit or wear, just my impression.
