This medal measures almost 1 1/2" wide x 1 11/16" tall, is larger in size, and is marked "STERLING CREED" on the top of the Mary side. The words on the Mary side translate from Spanish to "Our Lady of Guadalupe pray for us." This medal weighs approx. 30 grams. This item is vintage and has age and wear including surface wear and discoloration. **Also, there is small crack on the edge of the medal that is on both sides of the medal. You can see the crack on the Jesus side below the hair of Jesus on the left side of the medal, and also the crack can be seen on the Mary side in the word "nosotros" between the letters "r" and "o".
