Does have the original felt smile and pom pom nose. The tag is very worn/faded from washing, you can barely see the Disney wording and castle on the tag in certain lighting (cannot not be seen in photo). No shirt included. Due to the age of this item it does have wear, scratches/scuffs on the eyes, and may have loss of fur, spotting and/or snags from previous use and may need to be cleaned.
