THIS ITEM IS----one of so many great books i have on ebay right now, check them all out if you wish---just a great book, filled with Chromolithograph images, beautifyl embossed cover with gold leaf, called HER MAJESTY'S ARMY, a descriptive account of the various regiments now comprising the queen's forces, from their first establishment to the present time by Walter Richards with coloured illustrations. published by New York, by john Beacham, out of 7 Barclay Street, no date given, late 1800's i believe. i have two books up, there should be 3 in total, this one is vol. 1 and is pages 1-240, it is in great shape, love the full page illustrations, some damage to tissue as shown, that seperates first illustration. some people remove the illustrations and frame them.
