Activity book has front cover bent and a few markings within (see photos). Nap Mat Comforter and pillow in good condition - see no tears/rips/stains. Otherwise child draws in with crayon and wipes off easily with wet wipe/wet cloth- Small plastic green clue toy - has 2 circle discs slide in top half and when open/close the front cover the clue changes (does not take batteries - does not talk/make sounds)
