Description: This is a vintage velvet halter backless body con dress I used to wear as a dancer in the late 80s/early 90s. It’s made by the brand Itsy Bitsy and is still in very good condition as it has been stored in-house and wrapped air tight to prevent dry rot. It has a high side slit, halter neckline, Velcro closure, open back, and fits a vintage sm-med, which is more likely going to be a small now.
