Description: Vintage 70s Red Lace & Black Velvet Maxi Dress Jerell Of Texas SZ XS/S. Excellent vintage condition, no stains rips tears, minor wear expected with age but no real flaws. The top is RED but not THAT RED, my camera really saturates reds for some reason. The fabric of the top is a wavy almost "lace" I'm not sure how to describe it, a poly knit, with an almost 3d wave pattern to itand a little give to it as well, the bottom being a rich black velvet. I assume it is all polyester but could be a blend as well. No size tags, so measurements are key as there is no real amount of stretch to the dress. bust is 16.5 inches across lying flat pit to pit, waist is 13 inches across, hips 17.5 inches across and overall length is 55 inches.
