Union made dress from the USA tagged as a Sz 10, but this would be a VINTAGE size 10, so be sure to check your measurements. Laid flat- bust 18". waist and hip- 17" laid flat. Works out to be probably a midi size for most at about 36" from shoulder to hem. Shoulder to shoulder seam is 15" across. I found no major defects, but it is vintage clothing so you may find some stray threads or wash wear as would be expected. Realistic Customer Expectations= Customer Satisfaction...
