I have never figured out what it’s called and when we were sewing in the 60s /70s we never paid much attention to fabric content it was just buying what we liked and could afford within that! I had a palazzo halter jumpsuit made from this with a matching jacket! Would be a great maxi skirt or even a simple mini dress! I’ll tell you there was no shortage of flair in our garments in the era! From the 1960s / 1970s. Measures 44” x 70” just a hair shy of 2 yards.
