This was made by a company named "Baby Love's". It is not in business anymore. This is a well made substantial Baby shoe with quite a jump ring to hold this in place. The shoe measures 23.3x7x9.5mm. This one has a crystal Orange CZ in the shoe opening. Not sure if it is glass or faux. With the loop, you can make these into a pendant or charm. This is quite heavy for it's size.
