vintage 1960 kids dime store toy, Checkers game, board and pieces, ages 6 and up

Description: Vintage 8 1/4" tall package contains a folded cardboard checker board, and 24 playing pieces (half red and half black). The colorful headers on the packages picture and boy and girl playing checkers. Circa 1960s. We found these in the warehouse of our favorite toy store in northern Ohio.
