Description: Up for sale is an unrestored 1950's vintage Montblanc 149 fountain pen. This is a celluloid version with a thin silver ring on either side of the gold band of the cap. The gold band is marked Masterpiece, not Meisterstuck. The silver rings are not tight on the cap. They do move. I believe this is caused by shrinkage of the celluloid. The nib has dried ink on it. It has not been cleaned. The black lines inside the window are still distinct. There are some dings at the end of the knob and some other small blemishes here and there but no cracks. There are reflections, mostly of my windows, in the photos. They are just reflections. I am not a pen expert so ask if you have questions and I will try to answer. This pen is as found and is unrestored. Please view the photos and ask questions as needed.
