Made by Arrowhead Souvenirs, Inc. of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Decal measures just over 3 inches diameter. Writing on back of decal says: "This should really win you heaps of fun!" The image is fantastic with a brightly colored Marlin jumping out of the water with a blue and yellow sky. Please see photos as they are part of the description.
