It’s called the Belmont Treelighter.It has three bulb outlets and two 110 electrical outlets. And it works perfectly. Still has its original cloth electrical cord which is in excellent condition. It definitely shows signs of its age with some staining scratches and paint loss. Still has its original green paint and it’s original manufacturing sticker. It was patented in April 6, 1926.
