Description: USED VINTAGE 1" BROWN PACHMAYR WHITE LINE HONEYCOMB RECOIL PAD -- VERY CLEAN CONDITION, SMALL SIZE 4 7/8 X 1 7/16, 3 1/8" hole spacing. It's not a precise measurement. This is a used recoil pad, no original packaging, no screws. It has not been shaped more than a touch on the heel and toe, BUT it has obviously been punched for screws. It has some scuffs, some wear, and is clearly used but very usable, real sharp -- but it is older, vintage stock and has markings as if it were on a rifle or shotgun and moved around. The honeycomb is in remarkably good condition, except for a couple of gouges on the left side. The white polymer line is remarkably bright, but does have some minor checking on close inspection. None of these things will affect fit, form, or function. Please review all photos to understand exactly what this is. Also, note the top hole is 5/8" hole center to top center. The rubber is responsive and springy - not at all brittle. Lifetime of use ahead, super deal. If you are unfamiliar with shaping and installing a new recoil pad, take a look at any of the how-to videos online. It does require some basic mechanical aptitude, and a circular sander. You may also need to mark and drill your stock if the holes are not ±3 1/8" inches apart. If you've done this before this is a nice opportunity to get one vintage, largely untouched, at a great price. But if you have any doubts about shaping and installing it, please pass on this item. This recoil pad has a great honeycomb look, and is ideal for someone who wishes to add that vintage touch to a firearm. See images for dimensions. Pad height is 1" scant at the center (where length of pull is measured), 1 1/8" at the top (heel), and 1 3/8" at the bottom (toe). I believe this was marketed as a 1" pad. Again, although this is very clean, it looks as if it's been around a bit, some light marks here and there. Even so, it will look awesome on the right firearm. The molded letters and patterns are still very sharp. As a shotgun enthusiast, I would use this on one of my own guns if I needed it. Low cost in a batch of gunsmith close-outs enables me to price it right. If you're not satisfied you may return for full refund. If it fits your gun, you'll definitely be satisfied with this one.
