VHS 9 to 5 - cut box says Magnetic but tape is CBS FOX

Description: Buy 2 single tapes & get 1 free! I'm not sure what to make of this tape. The box is cut (perhaps it was in a video rental store?) and was put in a "Collectors series" case. The box indicates the early Magnetic release. However the tape itself says CBS FOX. But the brown flap on the tape wasn't present on the CBS FOX release as far as I know, but was on the Magnetic release. And a sticker on the spine of the tape indicates CVS. I just don't know!! Either way, it's an early release of this comedy classic, which I saw in the theater when I was definitely too young! No visible cracks in tape cartridge. Sleeve has typical shelf wear & tear. Please see photos for details about condition. Tape has been checked for mold. Tape has been tested for playability (specifically--I put the tape into the VCR and hit 'play' for a few moments to ensure it functions. Tape has not been watched in its entirety; there may be noise, snow, jitter, wrinkles in the tape, audio issues, etc.) VHS tapes are sold as-is with no guarantee of performance.
