The Good Conduct Medal is engraved 'No. 1490, Bert W. Collingwood, 1st Enlistment, June 10, 1910' with the part of the original drape and with original brooch. There is a correct replacement drape. 2nd Expiration of Enlistment issued 2nd Enlistment Bar No. 1490. 2nd enlistment bar is missing. A cut out of his muster showing Expiration of Enlistment of his 2nd enlistment and he was issued Good Conduct Medal Bar #1490. A named Shooting Badge engraved 'Burt W. Collingwood, July 22, 1912. 'For additional information see 'The Call of Duty,' 1994 edition, p. 293-294 and see the 2000 edition of "Vernon's Collectors' Guide,' pg. 479, valued at $650 in 2000.
