The stamp has a stiff piece of paper on the back. It may be holding the stamp together or adding reinforcement. I dont not have any more information but I want to flag my concern. There are only 4 variations of this stamp.17 is Imperf36 has 2 soliid borders (Type I)36A has 2 borders but the outer border is skips44 is very rare with a very limited number printed. I am fairly certain this is 36. Stampt CAT Value : $325 Price has been adjusted to reflect worn stamp.
