The T-Comp works on Glocks Gen3-Gen5 and will function using almost any grain ammunition. The real ingenuity is in how the T-Comp is installed. Utilizing a two piece design our Glock compensator installs securely in seconds WITHOUT the need for set screws or any other faulty attachment methods. Once attached, the Tyrant Compensator for Glock will not come loose while operating your firearm or while holstering/unholstering it. How does a compensator work? Our compensator works in several ways. First there are walls within that brake the flow of gasses much like a muzzle device. The gasses are then re-directed to two chambers located at the bottom of the Glock Compensator. Then, the gasses are ported upwards which creates a nose down affect. The action of the gasses slowing as they leave the front of the comp along with the action of the gasses porting upwards reduces recoil AND muzzle rise. Why choose the Tyrant Designs CNC T-Comp compensator? The Tyrant T-Comp attaches without the need of set screws or loctite (which is the industry standard). Most other comps/brakes require for you to "time" during install and potentially have to use shims. We eliminate all of that by utilizing a two piece design.
