Metal shield over drive mechanism removed to prevent rubbing - not included. No headphones, ac adapter, or bag. Powers up, tracks disc, plays through headphones with some distortion and volume does not adjust - seems like problem with volume dial or internal amp (?). Unit 2. Has some discoloration on bottom panel but is in full working order. Powers up, tracks disc, plays well through headphones with volume adjustment (unlike the other one).
