Description: Tudor by Rolex gents watch from 1948 in a decent vintage original condition, fully working and keeping very good time. Watch has some age commensurate wear to the case as the case is not stainless steel, but it all seems to add to the charm of this timepiece. Case--32mm wide excluding the crown, plated base metal with snap on stainless steel caseback, 16mm lug width. Fancy lugs, serial number and model number on the rear of the watch. Comes on a 16mm lizard strap which seems to complement the piece rather well. Dial--Tudor signed champagne dial with Arabic hour markers, sub seconds at 6 O'clock. Syringe type hands, small rose shield emblem. Movement--Signed manual calibre, Cal 59 which is in a decent condition, fully working and keeping beautiful time to within a few seconds of accuracy a day Genuine interest highly appreciated for this beautiful vintage piece
