Curly Kayoe enlists as a sailor and runs up against Captain Dume, the arms smuggler. Bombo, working for Mr. Biltybux's circus, has been assigned to ride a hostile elephant, but luckily young Tippy has the solution, in a story featuring some great elephant art.
