The type-error seen at the bottom of the illustration was corrected with 2nd and later editions. Written by L. FRANK BAUM. Illustrated by JOHN R. NEILL. FINE condition. This is a sharp-looking, higher grade copy of this book with tight bindings and clean interior pages. There are small paper peels at the bottom corners of the front cover color plate. On the back cover there is a small stain at the upper left. A name and address is written at the top edge of the inside cover, and written again on the "This book belongs to" page. The interior pages look white with no other writing. True first edition copies of this book are very difficult to find. Shipping is $6.00 to the United States.
