Description: THE HOMECOMING, Herald (Advertising Flyer), Music Box Theatre,NYC, 1967. The Royal Shakespeare Company's production of the Harold Pinter play opened in NYC on 01/05/67 and ran for 324 performances. The front features a photo of the original cast (Vivien Merchant, Michael Craig, Ian Holm, John Normington, Terence Rigby and Paul Rogers), the title, critics' quotes and theatre credit. The back contains critics' quotes, performance schedule, ticket schedule and mail order ticket form. No cast is listed. Directed by Peter Hall. This is NOT a reproduction!! Heralds are advertising flyers that are placed at theatres and sometimes included in Playbills and programs. Sizes vary but most of the older ones are 6 x 9 1/2 inches. Brochure style heralds can be one sheet or multi folds and measure about 3 3/4 x 8 1/2 inches. Condition is near excellent with minor wear. International purchases are subject to a $2.00 handling fee. CONDITION: I use a six-step condition scale to describe the overall paper quality: Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor. Good means just that: desireable for a collection with no immediate need to upgrade. Excellent and Mint are usually reserved for publisher and music store remainders. Expect Good-minus and Fair to have considerable wear. All specific condition faults are noted after the general condition. IMAGES: I use a digital camera so the entire piece is visible.
