Description: This is " The Harrison Fisher Book: A Collection of Drawings in Colors and Black and White ", in a first edition (same date on the title page and the publisher's page) published by Charles Scribner's Sons in 1907. This volume features reproductions of this prominent American illustrator's paintings and drawings, including 9 color plates and numerous black and white sketches and drawings. With an introduction by James B. Carrington. Condition of this hardcover book is Very Good, showing wear and minor bumping to the corners, wear along the spine's sides and ends, and slight dishing to the boards. Top edge of the book block is gilt. The front cover paste-down shows light foxing, but the interior color and black-and-white plates are in excellent condition. There is a previous owner's bookplate on the left front endpaper. Binding is a little loose, but holding up. Please see accompanying photographs, which are of the actual item you will receive.
