Description: This book is actually new, but the price sticker that was on it was on it so long that the adhesive attached to the padded cover and some peeled off when removed. Also there the base of the spine cover has a 1.5 in tear where the board and spine cover are separated. I suspect this all was caused from poor storage somewhere. Else rest of book (inside) is in new condition. Pages are all pristine and binding tight as when first printed. Book mark is where it was placed when printed. The cover is not in new condition, but the pages all are. Please read description below.
