He was made in China. He has never been removed from the box and the box has never been opened. The box itself is just in good condition, as shown in the photographs and as you can see if you zoom in. There are creases, crunches, scratches and dings, a hole and some tape residue on the cellophane. He comes from a pet and smoke-free home.
