Doll is marked Simon Halbig and K * R. on back of head. I find no mold number. This doll has a bisque, porcelain face with dimpled cheeks , painted brow and lashes, flirty brown eyes that open and close, open mouth with visible teeth and pierced ears. Doll has ball jointed composition body, all fingers and toes. Doll eyes open and close and move right to left. There is some paint loss on the lids, visible when eyes are closed. I was able to remove the pate and observe eye mechanics and all appeared intact. Doll has replacement brunette wig that does show some wear. Doll also has layers of detailed, period clothes. I was advised that these are replacements made about 50 years ago with vintage materials and lace. Composition shows expected wear and there is some loss of surface on fingers though. All fingers and toes are present. Joints are in good condition. Doll can sit independently and hold arms up. Doll has been well loved but still displays well and much charm.
