Description: What we are offering here is the cover to the 1974 Epic Records 12-inch 33 RPM LP # PE-32461, "Shock Treatment" by the Edgar Winter Group, which features Rick Derringer both as guitarist and as producer. Although I don't have any provenance or confirmation, the front cover appears to be signed by Rick Derringer, and dated 11/20/96. I repeat that we are offering the cover only. The record shown in the first picture is the record that was found with it, and which is included with the purchase of the cover. It is Epic # KE-31584, "They Only Come Out at Night", also by the Edgar Winter Group, and also featuring Rick Derringer as guitarist and producer. The record is still nice and shiny, and it plays through fine on my Audio-Technica turntable, with no skips or jumps, and most of the background noise is drowned out by the music. Because of variations in tracking ability, filtering technology and needle weights, I can offer no guarantees as to how well it will play on your equipment. The cover is in solid and functional condition, with the seams intact but some staining around the edges, including the area of the signature, as well as some light surface rubbing and edge wear, and it comes with a plain white inner sleeve.
